Same-Day Delivery (NYC Only)
Need chocolates today? We offer same-day delivery within New York City for a fee.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
1. Standard Shipping (U.S. Only)

USPS Priority Mail – Estimated 1–3 business days¹

USPS Priority Express – Estimated next-day to 2 days²
¹ USPS Priority Mail does not deliver on Sundays.
² Orders must be placed before 11 AM EST for Priority Express.
We recommend placing orders in advance whenever possible, as delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We also offer FedEx Ground and FedEx Express options.

3. Overnight Shipping
Need your chocolates urgently? We’re happy to arrange FedEx Overnight Shipping for the fastest delivery available.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

Warm Weather Shipping Notice
Shipping to Warm States
Orders shipping to warmer regions (AL, AK, AZ, AR, CA, FL, GA, HI, LA, MS, NV, NM, NC, SC, TX, UT) require additional cooling measures and do not qualify for free shipping. We recommend expedited shipping to help ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.
Seasonal Impact
When temperatures exceed 75°F, shipping rates may adjust to include ice packs and insulation. While we take every precaution, we can’t guarantee chocolates will be completely unaffected by transit conditions.
Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges.
We take great care in packaging your chocolates to help them arrive in perfect condition. However, once they’re on their way, shipping conditions can sometimes be unpredictable. While we can’t guarantee they’ll be completely unaffected by transit, please know that we’re here to help if you have any concerns! Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.
Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure your chocolates arrive on time, but sometimes unexpected delays can happen due to weather, postal disruptions, or other factors beyond our control. While we can’t refund shipping fees for delays caused by the carrier, we are here to help make sure you have a great experience with Sweet Vegan. We will do our best to assist should any issues arise!
International Orders & Customs
For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for details.
